Basketball Recap: Miami-Yoder Buffaloes vs. Deer Trail Eagles
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pikes Peak Christian, Miami-Yoder was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 57-37 margin over the Deer Trail Eagles. The Buffaloes pushed the score to 44-18 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.

Miami-Yoder was led to victory by Jesus Cruz and Jordan Hume. Cruz posted 19 points along with seven steals and five rebounds, while Hume dropped a double-double with 19 points and 12 boards.
