Calvert put another one in the bag  on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Lakota Raiders 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  3-0  back in September.
 Calvert's got stronger as the match went on, holding Lakota to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-12,  25-10.
Leading Calvert to victory were  Claire Schoenberger and  Kate Coleman.  Schoenberger  had ten  digs and seven  aces, while  Coleman  had four  digs and four  aces. Schoenberger has been hot, having  posted two or more  aces the last six times she's  played.  Bella Borgio also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  block of the season.
 They weren't the only good servers: Calvert  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 21  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least seven  aces in 19 consecutive  matchups.
Calvert's record now sits at 21-0. As for Lakota, their loss  ended  a  seven-match streak of away wins  and  brought them to 15-7.
 Calvert didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  3-2  victory against Ross on the 13th. As for Lakota, they will take on Riverdale in a tournament  on Thursday.
