Basketball Recap: Alameda Comes Up Short

Alameda and Clayton Valley Charter squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Alameda had to settle for second. They lost 58-37 to the Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles. The match marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Alameda's loss dropped their record down to 21-7. As for Clayton Valley Charter, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 20-11.
