Softball Recap: Curtis Warriors vs. Brooklyn Technical Engineers
Curtis entered their matchup against Brooklyn Technical on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Warriors fell 13-10 to the Engineers. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Engineers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Abigail Hynes put in work no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over six innings while giving up three earned (and eight unearned) runs off six hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with three runs and one RBI.
