Lighthouse Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Abagail Rousey, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds. The match was Rousey's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Aleah Winders, who scored 12 points.
Shoals' victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-8. As for Lighthouse Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.
Shoals will be home for the holidays to greet Vincennes Rivet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Vincennes Rivet is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
