Basketball Recap: Academy Park Comes Up Short

Academy Park lost against Interboro back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Academy Park Knights took a 69-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Interboro Buccaneers. The Knights' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Academy Park's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Interboro, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 6-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Academy Park will square off against Pottstown at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Interboro, they will take on Ridley at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
