Ware Shoals is a perfect 10-0 against McCormick since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Hornets will venture away from home to face off against the Chiefs at 5:30 p.m. Ware Shoals is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.3 runs per game this season.

Last Friday, Ware Shoals earned a 6-2 victory over Thornwell. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hornets.

Selena Timms was excellent, going 1-for-4 with three RBI and one triple.

Meanwhile, McCormick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 23-0 to Abbeville.

McCormick's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Ware Shoals, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Ware Shoals took their victory against McCormick in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 15-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
