Baseball Recap: River Valley Takes a Loss

River Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They lost 15-1 to the Lassen Grizzlies.

River Valley saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was GARREN DILL, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. ELOY SAINZ also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

River Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Lassen, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

River Valley will take on Del Campo at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lassen, they will be taking part in a tournament against Gridley at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
