It's playoff time, and Xavier had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the West Bend East Suns 3-0 on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Hawks, who have now won five contests in a row.

Xavier was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21, 25-12.

Leading Xavier to victory were Lily Renz and Bella Velasquez. Renz had ten digs and three aces, while Velasquez had six digs and two aces. That's the most digs Renz has posted since back in September.

Xavier's win bumped their record up to 28-10. As for West Bend East, they dropped their record down to 16-23 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Xavier didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Kewaskum on the 25th. West Bend East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
