Soccer Recap: Edison Takes a Loss

Edison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology Colonials, falling 4-0. Edison were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Edison's record now sits at 0-7. As for Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Edison and Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Eagles see the pitch they'll take on Falls Church at 7:15 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology, their break will end when they face Hayfield at 7:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
