Washington can bid farewell to their ten-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They blew past the Irvington Vikings 15-7. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-6 back in April.

Jamilla Ingraham-Coats and Audrey Cooper did most of the damage at the plate: Ingraham-Coats went 1-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double, while Cooper got on base in three of her six plate appearances with two runs and two RBI. That's the most RBI Cooper has posted since back in March. Amaia Pagan was another key player, earning three runs.

Washington's victory bumped their record up to 7-16. As for Irvington, they dropped their record down to 6-12 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Washington will take on rival Mission San Jose at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Irvington is set to square off against their familiar foe Newark Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
