Plainfield North's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They skirted past the Minooka Indians 14-12. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Indians back in April, they had to take a 8-7 loss.

Plainfield North's victory bumped their record up to 10-16. As for Minooka, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Plainfield North will take on rival Bolingbrook at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Minooka is set to face off against their familiar foe Yorkville at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
