Soccer Recap: Millard Takes a Loss

If Millard was riding high fresh off their 4-0 takedown of South Sevier last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Grand County Red Devils on Tuesday. Considering the last time Millard couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.

Millard's defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 9-6. As for Grand County, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Millard has already played their next match, a 5-0 victory against San Juan on the 2nd. As for Grand County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against South Sevier on the 2nd.
