On Friday, Collegiate had to settle for second even though Aidan Gregory put up the best numbers he has all season. Gregory went 7-for-14 on his way to 27 points and five assists. The performance marked the most assists he has had since back in December of 2024. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars challenge the Tigers on Tuesday. The Cougars had to take a loss when they last met the Tigers, but Gregory had little to do with the loss: he almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine boards.
