Baseball Preview: Berkeley Yellowjackets vs. De La Salle Spartans

The Berkeley Yellowjackets will head out on the road to square off against the De La Salle Spartans at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The last three games Berkeley has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Friday, Berkeley sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-6 win over Piedmont.

Ehrlich went 1-for-5 with a home run and two RBI, while Mays scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. Meanwhile, De La Salle had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday.
