Basketball Game Preview: Anderson Cubs vs. Lassen Grizzlies

Anderson is on a three-game streak of home losses, Lassen a nine-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Tuesday. The Anderson Cubs and the Lassen Grizzlies will meet for a tough Bear Battle. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but likely not for long.

Anderson's tournament run continued when they took on Orland on Friday. Anderson took a 51-36 bruising from Orland.

Meanwhile, Lassen lost to Durham on the road by a 61-43 margin on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the Grizzlies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1108th, while the Trojans are ranked 316th).

Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Lassen, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13.
