Baseball Recap: Plano Picks Up Fourth Straight Win on the Road

Plano barely beat McKinney the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Plano Wildcats blew past the McKinney Lions 18-4 on Friday. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Plano's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-5. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for McKinney, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.

Coincidentally, Plano and McKinney will both be playing Allen the next time they take the field. Plano will head out to face Allen at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while McKinney will host them at 1:00 p.m. on March 22nd.
