Soccer Recap: West Chicago Has No Trouble Against Riverside-Brookfield

West Chicago's match on Thursday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. Everything went their way against the Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs as they made off with a 5-2 win. West Chicago have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Riverside-Brookfield, too.

West Chicago is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-4-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those four games. As for Riverside-Brookfield, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Chicago will challenge Wheaton North at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Riverside-Brookfield, they will take on Fenton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
