There's no place like home for Norwell, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top against the DeKalb Barons by a score of 3-0 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not much got past Noah Turk, who gave up just three hits to keep DeKalb off the board. Turk has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Norwell's victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Will Case, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs and one stolen base.

Norwell's record now sits at 12-8. As for DeKalb, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-2.

Coming up, Norwell will head out on the road to challenge Fort Wayne Snider at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for DeKalb, they will welcome Bellmont at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
