Volleyball Recap: Mount Horeb Triumphs

Mount Horeb won the last time they faced Darlington and things went their way on Saturday too. The Vikings walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Redbirds. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Mount Horeb can attribute much of their success to Courtney Monroe, who had eight digs and two assists. Those eight digs gave Monroe a new career-high.

Mount Horeb was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Darlington only served one ace.

Mount Horeb's record is now 2-0. As for Darlington, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Mount Horeb wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Luther Prep on the 30th. As for Darlington, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Monroe on the 30th.
