Volleyball Game Preview: Hillsboro Christian Academy Crusaders vs. CHESS Christian Royals

The Hillsboro Christian Academy Crusaders are taking a road trip to challenge the CHESS Christian Royals at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

On Tuesday, Hillsboro Christian Academy got the win against East Dayton Christian by a conclusive 3-0.

Hillsboro Christian Academy never let East Dayton Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-14, 25-11.

Meanwhile, CHESS Christian came tearing into last Tuesday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on East Dayton Christian with a sharp 3-0 victory.

While CHESS Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-13.

Hillsboro Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for CHESS Christian, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.
