There's no place like home for Southeast Career Tech, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Sunrise Mountain Miners on Tuesday, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Roadrunners have posted since May 6, 2024.

Southeast Career Tech took Sunrise Mountain into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-18, 25-16, 16-25, 15-13.

Southeast Career Tech is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-7 record this season. Sunrise Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 4-7.
