After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Charleston Catholic, Point Pleasant was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Lincoln County Panthers by a score of 4-2. Point Pleasant haven't had any issues with Lincoln County recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Point Pleasant's victory bumped their record up to 2-10. As for Lincoln County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-5-2 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Point Pleasant will take on Ravenswood at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lincoln County, they will face off against Sherman at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
