Clemens takes loss despite strong efforts from Atiana Cook and Anaya Williams

Recap: Clemens Buffaloes vs. Judson Rockets
The Clemens Buffaloes's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by Judson at home and fell 66-39. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Clemens in their matchups with Judson: they've now lost eight in a row.
Clemens' loss came despite strong showings from Anaya Williams and Atiana Cook. Williams scored 18 points, while Cook scored ten points along with nine rebounds.
Clemens has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 17-12 record this season. As for Judson, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 23-5.
Clemens will head out on the road to take on New Braunfels at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. New Braunfels is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. As for Judson, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against San Marcos at 7:00 p.m. San Marcos is looking to tack on another W to their eight-game streak on the road.
