Winamac won the last time they faced North Judson-San Pierre and things went their way on Monday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Bluejays by a score of 7-4.

Winamac let Grace Roth and Makayla Werner run wild. Roth went 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs, while Werner went 1-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. That home run marked the first that Roth has launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Lauren Bruce, who went 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Winamac kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North Judson-San Pierre only managed six hits.

Winamac is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games. As for North Judson-San Pierre, they dropped their record down to 4-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Winamac will square off against Tipton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for North Judson-San Pierre, they will face off against North Miami at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bluejays' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 10.4 runs per game this season.
