Volleyball Recap: La Salle Has No Trouble Against West Clermont

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Walnut Hills, La Salle was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the West Clermont Wolves 3-0. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Wolves recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-14, 25-14.

La Salle can attribute much of their success to Lance Wiesman, who had 12 digs and one assist. Wiesman has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more digs the last 19 times he's played. Owen Herzog also deserves some recognition as he served his first aces of the season.

La Salle's win bumped their record up to 5-17. As for West Clermont, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season.

As of now, neither La Salle nor West Clermont have any future games scheduled.
