Softball Recap: Sunrise Mountain Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Sunrise Mountain's offense. They came up short against the Mater Academy East Las Vegas Knights on Monday, falling 15-0. The Miners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sunrise Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Mater Academy East Las Vegas, they pushed their record up to 6-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

As for Mater Academy East Las Vegas, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 15-0 win against Democracy Prep Agassi Campus on the 26th.
