Football Recap: Mantachie Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mantachie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 40-14 to the West Lowndes Panthers.

Although Mantachie took the loss, they still got scores from Jase Michael and Garret Hopkins.

Mantachie's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for West Lowndes, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Mantachie and West Lowndes will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Mustangs are set to square off against their familiar foe Alcorn Central at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th. Meanwhile, West Lowndes will face off against rival Vardaman at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
