Ogallala put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Scottsbluff Bearcats by a score of 68-61. The Indians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bearcats, too.

Scottsbluff lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Rylee Meininger, who went 7 for 9 en route to 18 points. Another player making a difference was Nate Kelley, who posted 13 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds.

Ogallala's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.3 points per game. As for Scottsbluff, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-3.

Ogallala and Scottsbluff should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Nebraska Rankings. Ogallala (ranked third) will meet Alliance (ranked 88th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Scottsbluff will challenge Gering at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday up 118 places (18 vs. 136).
