Three Forks extended their losing streak to three on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 5-7 in the process. They lost 13-6 to the Ennis Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-12 two weeks ago.

As for Ennis, they now have a winning record of 4-3. They not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 12, 2024 (when they won 11-1).

For Ennis' part, Adi Wood made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits. Wood has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was even better at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ruby Boggus, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. That double was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Kayzli Ostler, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
