East Pennsboro is 9-1 against Trinity since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. East Pennsboro will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Trinity at 4:15 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Chase Deibler made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Deibler was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Those two hits gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, East Pennsboro let Jovi DeJesus and Eric Foster Jr. run wild. DeJesus scored two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Foster Jr. scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most runs DeJesus has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Lucas Martz, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Trinity gave up the first runs on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They walked away with a 9-5 win over Kennard-Dale.

Liam Sexton tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over 4.1 innings pitched.

At the plate, Dominic Haas was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Trent Zoellner, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-4.

East Pennsboro's record is now 2-0. As for Trinity, their record now sits at an identical 2-0.
