Soccer Recap: Northwest Comes Up Short

Northwest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 6-1 to the Timber Creek Falcons. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Northwest were already down 4-0.

Northwest's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8-2. As for Timber Creek, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-4-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Northwest is set to face off against their familiar foe Keller at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Timber Creek will challenge rival Bell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
