Softball Recap: Central of Coosa County Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Central of Coosa County can now relate to. They took a 17-12 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Isabella Mustangs on Monday. The loss leaves the Cougars still looking for their first win of the season.

Central of Coosa County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Isabella, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.

Isabella didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-0 loss against Horseshoe Bend on the 28th. Hopefully Central of Coosa County paid attention to the Mustangs' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Mustangs at 10:00 a.m. on Monday.
