Weeki Wachee benefitted from Alley in 10-9 victory
Austin Alley produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Weeki Wachee to the win on Monday. Alley turned in nothing short of a gem: he scored five runs and stole three bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.
Alley and Weeki Wachee will play host again on Tuesday to welcome Springstead, where first pitch is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. Alley has dominated as far as walks are concerned (he's averaged 0.8 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering Springstead has only allowed 3.38 per game this season.
