Basketball Recap: Beresford Comes Up Short

Beresford came up into this matchup off a tough 23-point loss last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Lennox Orioles by a score of 44-41 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Watchdogs have suffered since January 24th.

This is the second loss in a row for Beresford and nudges their season record down to 10-10. As for Lennox, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.
