Norwin is 10-0 against Hempfield Area since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Norwin Knights will head out to square off against the Hempfield Area Spartans at 7:30 p.m. Norwin will be strutting in after a win while Hempfield Area will be coming in after a loss.

Last Friday, Norwin didn't have too much trouble with Canon-McMillan as they won 56-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Meanwhile, Hempfield Area suffered their biggest defeat since February 9, 2024 on Thursday. They came up short against Upper St. Clair, falling 75-55. The Spartans have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Hempfield Area's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Norwin, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Norwin strolled past Hempfield Area in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a score of 49-31. The rematch might be a little tougher for Norwin since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
