Soccer Recap: Mountain House Wins Going Away Against Central Catholic

After low-scoring totals in their previous six contests, Mountain House brought some dynamite into their most recent match. Everything went their way against the Central Catholic Raiders on Thursday as the Mountain House Mustangs made off with a 4-1 victory. Considering the Mustangs' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Central Catholic with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Venkata Sai (2), Priyansh Nath, and Omar Lakhlifi.

The win got Mountain House back to even at 7-7-1. As for Central Catholic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain House will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Patterson at 6:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
