Volleyball Recap: Crismon Has No Trouble Against Combs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Eastmark, Crismon was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Combs Coyotes with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Rattlers haven't had any issues with the Coyotes recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The final score came out to 25-22, 25-16, 25-23.

Aubrey Alexander paced Crismon's offense, picking up 14 kills. Alexander got some help from Payton Goltz and her 14 assists. Goltz was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Crismon's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Combs, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-22.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Crismon is set to face off against their familiar foe Poston Butte at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Combs will challenge rival ALA - Queen Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
