Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Reisse Johnson and Kaylee Kimble Lead Garfield-Palouse to Victory

Garfield-Palouse had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Providence Classical Christian Highlanders on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Vikings sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Garfield-Palouse was led to victory by Kaylee Kimble and Reisse Johnson. Kimble had ten digs and one assist, while Johnson had nine digs and three aces. That's the most digs Kimble has posted over her last six matches.

Garfield-Palouse's win bumped their record up to 21-3. As for Providence Classical Christian, they moved to 8-3 with that loss, which also ended their six-match winning streak.

Garfield-Palouse wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Almira-Coulee-Hartline on the 13th. Providence Classical Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
