Basketball Recap: Fairview Comes Up Short

Fairview was the 99-61 winner over Plainview when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell 63-58 to the Hornets on Thursday.

Fairview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Plainview, they pushed their record up to 1-1 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Fairview will venture away from home to challenge Zwolle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Plainview, they will host Hicks at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
