Basketball Recap: Jackson County Panthers vs. Lee County Trojans
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jackson County can now relate to. They had to suffer through an 82-52 loss at the hands of the Lee County Trojans. The Panthers' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.
Braden Moore was his usual excellent self, going 8-for-12 to rack up 22 points along with six assists and five rebounds for Lee County. The team also got some help courtesy of Kameron Sanders, who almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine boards.
Jackson County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Lee County, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 23-5.
Jackson County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lee County, they have already played their next game, a 69-52 victory against Rome on the 22nd.
