Woods Charter won the last time they faced Southern Wake Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Woods Charter Wolves walked away with a 35-28 victory over the Southern Wake Academy Lions.

Woods Charter was led to victory by Wesley Oliver and Anna Robards. Oliver almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds, while Robards posted seven points and eight boards. That makes it four consecutive games in which Oliver has scored at least a third of Woods Charter's points.

Woods Charter's win bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Southern Wake Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Woods Charter wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 53-22 loss against Chatham Charter on the 17th. Southern Wake Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
