Volleyball Recap: Centaurus Takes a Loss

Centaurus and Valor Christian squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Centaurus had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Eagles. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Warriors have suffered since October 14th.

This is the second loss in a row for Centaurus and nudges their season record down to 13-11. As for Valor Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Centaurus and Valor Christian will both be playing Castle View the next time they take the court. The Warriors will head out to face the Sabercats at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
