Mt. St. Michael Academy and St. John's Prep pushed the score to 6-2 the last time they played St. John's Prep, but on Wednesday defenses reigned supreme. The Mountaineers never let the Red Storm get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. This was a revenge game for Mt. St. Michael Academy: when they faced off against St. John's Prep on October 8th, they had to take a 6-2 defeat.

Carlos Fernandez and Omarion Richards scored both of Mt. St. Michael Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 24 goals.

The win made it two in a row for Mt. St. Michael Academy and bumps their season record up to 9-11-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored seven goals over those two contests. As for St. John's Prep, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
