Volleyball Recap: Union Mine's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Union Mine had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Bradshaw Christian Pride with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Union Mine walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-20.

Zoe Garcia paced Union Mine's offense, picking up ten kills. Garcia got some help from Allison Eschleman and her 19 assists. Eschleman was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Union Mine's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Bradshaw Christian, they dropped their record down to 8-16 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Union Mine has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Rosemont on the 9th. As for Bradshaw Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Argonaut on the 9th.
