Soccer Recap: Woodward Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Woodward's offense. They came up short against the Weatherford Eagles on Thursday, falling 4-0. Woodward haven't had much luck with Weatherford recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Woodward's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Weatherford, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Woodward will square off against rival Harding Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Weatherford is set to face off against their familiar foe Clinton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
