Recap: Parowan Rams vs. Millard Eagles
The Parowan Rams's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their 11th straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 59-39 walloping at the hands of Millard. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Parowan has suffered against Millard since January 26, 2021.
Bella Robinson and Wylee Renzello certainly did their best on Thursday to try and avoid the loss. Robinson scored 26 points along with six rebounds and four steals, while Renzello scored five points along with five steals. That was a full 66.7% of Parowan's points, marking the 16th time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Brooklynn Edwards was another key contributor, scoring six points along with five rebounds.
Parowan bumped their record down to 1-15 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Millard, their win bumped their record up to 6-11.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parowan will challenge Enterprise at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Enterprise and Parowan are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Millard, they will head out on the road to challenge Beaver at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Beaver will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
