Basketball Game Preview: Willard Crimson Flashes vs. Upper Sandusky Rams

The Willard Crimson Flashes are taking a road trip to challenge the Upper Sandusky Rams at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Willard will head out to face Upper Sandusky after giving up their first home loss of the season on Thursday. The Crimson Flashes fell just short of Margaretta by a score of 39-36. The contest was a 21-21 toss-up at halftime, but the Crimson Flashes couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Upper Sandusky was able to grind out a solid victory over Mohawk on Saturday, taking the game 42-30.

Upper Sandusky's win bumped their record up to 5-14. As for Willard, the defeat was their first at home, dropping their record down to 16-4.

Willard skirted past Upper Sandusky 38-36 in their previous matchup back in November of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Crimson Flashes since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
