Basketball Recap: Centennial Takes a Loss

Centennial suffered their biggest defeat since February 7, 2024 on Wednesday. They were outmatched by the Totino-Grace Eagles and fell 75-42. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Cougars' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Centennial's loss was their tenth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Totino-Grace, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Centennial will head out to take on Stillwater at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Totino-Grace, they will take on West Allis Central at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
