Porterville won the last time they faced Golden West and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Panthers blew past the Trailblazers 3-0.

Porterville not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Golden West to exactly 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-17, 25-17.

RyeAnn Anthony paced Porterville's offense, picking up seven kills. Anthony got some help from Melody Gonzalez and her 23 assists. Anthony was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Porterville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. As for Golden West, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-18 record this season.
